General Help with Images
Us "gurus" call computer pictures, "images". "Uploading" means getting
information from your computer to our computer. You will always need to upload
a image before you try to use it for an item or inside an extra page.
There are many ways to create your images. Some people use digital cameras,
others use a scanner to "scan" photographs, magazine pictures, or original
artwork. Either way will work.
You'll want to make sure you save your image in the standard ".jpg" or
".gif" formats. Consult your scanner or digital camera documentaion for
more help with this. You will also save time by saving your image in 72 dpi
resolution. Blueguru PK4 will automatically convert the resolution for you,
but you may be sitting by your computer for several minutes, while files
in larger resolution upload.
You can upload 4 images at once, obviously the
more you upload at once the longer you will have to wait for the process
to complete. If your images are on a disk, go ahead and put the disk
in your computer at this point. Next, simply press the browse button,
starting at "File 1". A window will popup on your computer, it should look
familiar. If you are on a "Windows" machine, make sure you select "all files"
from the "Files of type" selection list, otherwise you will see only .html
files. Browse around on your computer until you find a image picture you
wish to "upload", and then click the name of the file to select it. You can
select another image, or go ahead and hit the "Upload File" button.
Be patient, the wait time depends on the speed of your connection, the
number of files you upload, and their sizes.

The more pictures you upload the longer it will take, be patience while the
files are transferred
Delete Images
If you want to remove an image from our servers, simple select it by name
and click delete.
